Some language pairs our founding team can't cover — say, Japanese ⇄ Vietnamese. If you share our vision, become that pair's co-founder: write its textbook in the PAIdojo format, recruit and rank its teachers on the same public level system, and build it as your own business.
A pair is both directions: Japanese ⇄ Vietnamese covers Vietnamese speakers learning Japanese and Japanese speakers learning Vietnamese. One co-founder per pair.
The model
The platform takes 10% of your pair's revenue — that covers the site, the AI companion, audio pipelines, hosting, and support. Payment processing (~3.6%) is passed through separately at cost, never marked up, and shown as its own line. This is the founding-partner rate, for the people who build with us early.
Your vertical carries the dojo's name: the curriculum follows the PAIdojo format, passes our validation pipeline, and your teachers climb the same transparent ladder.

You write your pair's curriculum in the PAIdojo format, and it passes the same validation pipeline as ours.
Recruit your teachers
Your teachers are placed and promoted on the same public LV1–LV10 level system — transparent for everyone.
5Launch — your pair goes live
Your pair opens on PAIdojo, with your textbook and your teachers.
