Teach at the dojo. Climb in public.

Teacher sign-up is coming soon — leave your details now and we'll contact you when it opens.

Ten levels, LV1 to LV10. The placement rules are fully public — compute your starting level before you even apply. Your students bring their own textbooks and practise in the app between lessons. This is the career ladder other platforms never built.

✦ Why teach here

Marketplaces give you students. The dojo gives you a career.

Transparent placement

No black box. The rubric on this page is the whole algorithm — compute your own starting level before you even apply, and see exactly what would raise it.

A real career ladder

Ten public levels with rising price caps — at LV10 you set your own rate. Your level is public — this is a career path, not a gig.

Students bring their own textbook

Your students bring the textbook they already use, for a language or for a school subject (English, math, social studies, science or Thai), and you teach from it. Between lessons they practise in the app, and you can see exactly what.

Tools carry the busywork

After each lesson, the study-set tool turns what you taught into a summary, flashcards and a quiz for you to check and send. Lesson notes, homework and the progress radar are built in.

The ladder

Ten levels. Nine caps. One master tier.

Each level is a price cap — you set your own rate anywhere from $5 up to it, and every level raises the cap by $2.50, from $5 at LV1 to $25 at LV9. Then comes LV10: no cap. Masters set their own rate.

Caps are per 30-minute lesson, in US dollars. Placement (below) starts you as high as LV7; LV8, LV9 and LV10 can only be earned inside the dojo, through real student results.

Placement

Compute your own placement — before you apply

This rubric is the entire placement algorithm — published, objective, and the same for everyone. Tap your own estimates below and see your starting level. When you apply, we score the same sheet and show you your full breakdown, including exactly what would raise it.

How you climb

Promotions are earned

Student feedback, retention, and real learning results feed a system-computed score. Promotions are reviewed and approved by the dojo — never bought.

Your students are protected

A new level raises your cap. A lesson a student has already booked keeps the price it was booked at.

Your level is public

Your level and the road to the next one are visible to everyone. Students choose you knowing exactly what your level means.
